Rounak Maiti

Born in Cleveland, brought up in India and (until recently) based in Los Angeles, Rounak Maiti’s intensely personal music encapsulates the strange but homely intersection of American and Indian cultures that raised him. An inimitable artist and storyteller, Rounak creates timeless music.

Off the back of his recently released album, Waiting on the Comedown, Rounak Maiti returned to India from LA and hit the road with his band, Dhruv Sarker, Soutrik Chakraborty and Siddhant Vetekar on a five-city tour of India.

He performed at the first G5A Indie Music Thursday
