This show, written, directed and performed by Colette Garrigan was made in 2006 with the support of the French Ministry of Culture, the Region and Department of the Réunion Island.
Tifli, which means bachpan, is an International Theatre festival for Children and families. Tifli was started in the year 2014 by Assitej India to provide Indian children platform to watch high quality theatre specially devised and design for them across the globe. Tifli has also served to teachers, mentors and parents opportunities to see a theatre together with their children without worrying about the content. Tifli has also provided a platform to Indian artists, working for children in the field of Theatre for children, to showcase their work together with artists from other countries. To share, to discuss, to learn from each other by debating, discussing, watching each other’s work.
Over the years Tifli has grown from just Delhi based festival to a multi city festival. Today Tifli is been organized simultaneously in Delhi, Hyderabad and Mumbai.
The Black Box
We request you to bring warm clothes as it gets chilly inside the Black Box as temperatures need to be controlled at optimum levels as per technical requirements
Food, beverages and water are strictly prohibited inside the Black Box. Please do not carry them in your bags either
Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis
Please do come at least 15 minutes prior to the show and enjoy a good cup of coffee at PORT
No Late Entries will be allowed
Latecomers can only be allowed in at intermission or at an appropriate pause in the program and as per the instructions of the organizers
